
The Inner Garden
Restore the foundation of your health and build your daily rhythm of renewal and strength through the Wellness Pillars. You will complete a full rotation of the seasons through this 3-month course. Beginning with winter, allow the old to pass away, then to spring, sowing and tending the practices that will sustain a strengthened lifestyle, summer, where you will stand in full bloom and energy, living in full authenticity with your design as a whole being, and finally fall, as we close the course, you will curate your routine and with renewed authority. You will write the path your health and life will continue. The length of time you spend in each season is up to your discretion, your internal clock.

This session expands the four wellness pillars that hold your biology: Nourishment, Rest, Movement, and Sleep. Here, you will anchor the wellness pillars in why they matter at the cellular level. You’ll begin to see that wellness isn’t a to-do list. It’s a soil system in your body, the garden bed, that craves structure to bloom in every season. We till the ground deeper. This call invites you to see what habits are growing weeds and which ones are planting future fruit.

Welcome to the underground world, the soil’s soul: the microbiome. This session dives into the terrain theory of health, dismantling old narratives of fear and replacing them with living ecology. Your microbes are not enemies. They are gardeners, communicators, and architects of your mood, immunity, and even identity.

Mitochondrial energy is not given; it is cultivated. This session explores mitochondria: your internal sun, the flame that powers everything. We move beyond calories and into cellular light. Your energy is sacred currency, and the way you spend it determines the harvest you reap. This is the fire of the Inner Garden. We explore fatigue as a biological healing signal, a rest conflict, a forced pause.

Earth, Water, Fire, Air. The elements aren’t just metaphors. They are your original building blocks. In this session, we align your physical and emotional body with the elemental archetypes. We begin to see symptoms as elemental imbalances: too much fire, too little grounding, stagnant waters. We restore inner ecology with reverence. This call is alchemy. We trace biological shocks to elemental ruptures.

In this session, we guide you through the four phases of the female cycle and how to sync your habits, your voice, and your rest accordingly. You are cyclical on purpose. Each week of your cycle speaks — shedding, rooting, blooming, resting. Symptoms around menstruation, ovulation, or PMS are often tied to identity, fertility, worth, or loss conflicts
