Restore the foundation of your health and build your daily rhythm of renewal and strength through the Wellness Pillars. You will complete a full rotation of the seasons through this 3-month course. Beginning with winter, allow the old to pass away, then to spring, sowing and tending the practices that will sustain a strengthened lifestyle, summer, where you will stand in full bloom and energy, living in full authenticity with your design as a whole being, and finally fall, as we close the course, you will curate your routine and with renewed authority. You will write the path your health and life will continue. The length of time you spend in each season is up to your discretion, your internal clock.
