Every weeks challenge merges practical action with education explaining the "why" behind each habit.
This is not about perfection, cold plunges, intense workouts or strict diets.
Each challenge introduces one foundational habit so you can build lasting rhythms rather than relying on willpower.

Women in this circle will have the self-accountability to continually look for patterns in their own bodies with love and curiosity. All levels of expertise, knowledge and experience with the menstrual cycle are welcome.
