Getting to know You

This is the most exciting part of the process; meeting you face-to-face, via phone or a Zoom call to get a better understanding of what you are looking to achieve, hear your first set of ideas and how we can help in Bringing You Home!

Our MD's Input

Following our initial interaction, we will send you an information pack to go through before setting up an hour with our Managing Director who will share his professional insight on your project and agree on how you wish to collaborate.

Talking Timelines

We will provide you with initial reassurance in the form of a timeline! The Head of Design will share their final piece of input whilst keeping in mind what is important to you! In addition to this, The Kings Design team will prepare the preliminary quote.

Quote & Visuals

At this stage of the process, we provide you with visuals from our Head of Design as well as the polished quotation. This step will is followed by a call from our designated team member who will discuss everything thoroughly and answer all your questions.

 Post Installation

The final results are celebrated with a interior photoshoot by our in-house photographer. Kings Design will also continue to contact the customer post-installation where you can discuss your experience with us and give feedback on the project.

Project Complete

As your project draws nearer to completion, we do the very essential quality control!

The Production Team will advise on any relevant issues. Any broken or damaged goods will be instantly replaced prior to showcasing the final result.

Cue Production Team

At this stage, your project gets handed over to our Production Team and constructing pieces for your project commences immediately. For your comfort, this is regularly reviewed and any potential delays are communicated to you directly.

Initial Payment & Order

Want some changes made to the proposed plan? No problem! Only once you are satisfied with everything, do we ask you to put forward a small 10% deposit fee to secure and commence with your project.
